Current Status
Looking after user research within the NHS App including :
• GP services: improving how users book and manage appointments, access their GP health records, and view important information from their GP.
• Prescriptions : optimise the user experience of requesting repeat prescriptions and nominating a pharmacy through the NHS App.
Looking after user research within the Platforms directorate @Core services team including :
• Content and Catalogues: Overseeing the service catalogue & API and integration catalogue along with their dependencies.
• API management: keep APIs up-to-date, easy to access and use
• MESH (Message Exchange for Social Care and Health): improve the user experience of the main secure large file transfer service
My Interest
I am fascinated by the realms of user-centred design, inclusive design, service design, and psychology, each contributing to crafting user experiences that are not only functional but also deeply empathetic.
